OrdersTracker lets you add a reservation for a specific Table and Time Slot. You can create as many reservations as required based on the customers’ requests.
The process for adding a new reservation is as follows:
- Tap in the Top Bar.
A popup menu displays. - From the popup menu, tap Reservations.
- Tap on the required box against selected Table and Time Slot. In this example, we have selected Biergarten 1 for 15:00. Double-click or tap to open the dialog box for adding a reservation. Also, the grey highlighted area specifies the non-working or closing hours for the selected day (the reservations can only be made for working hours). This is defined under the Settings.
- Specify the following parameters to successfully add a reservation.
- Title: Suggest a name to be saved as Title for the reservation. Such as, Table for 4 persons.
- Notes: Add any remarks in the Notes section to elaborate more on the reservation.
- Telephone: Enter contact information such as landline or mobile number.
- You can also update the Time by tapping on the time slot appearing on the dialog box. Once tapped, option to select updated time will appear as shown below. You can switch between AM & PM. Drag the encircled number to required time (the duration is for one-hour by default). Once done, tap on OK button to save the changes.
- It is also possible to select another table while adding the Reservation. Tap on Change Table as shown below.
- Select required table from the available list.
- After specifying all the required parameters, tap on Save. The Reservation has been successfully added.
