Caller ID App

OrdersTracker Caller Id is developed mainly for the Delivery System. Its main function is to determine the calling number and notify the OrdersTracker app accordingly.

Due to Google policy restrictions, this App could not be stored at Play Store. Hence, to download, please follow the link here.

Following is the step by step guide of using Caller ID App:

  1. Once you open the webpage, click on the Download button to begin the file download process.
  2. You need to allow 3rd party apps for download by updating the settings.

  1. Turn on this toggle to allow the installation.

  1. Next, follow the installation process and ensure that you allow device for all required accesses.

  1. Once the app is successfully installed on your device, login using OrdersTracker credentials.

  1. When you receive a call, you will see a notification on Delivery System about the calling customer. In case the calling number is new, system will prompt to add as a customer. Select Yes and add the details as received by the caller into the system.

  1. In case the calling number exists in your system, system will prompt as shown below displaying the customer name.
