Cancelling Ordered Items  #

If a customer wants to cancel an ordered item, tap on the corresponding ‘Table’. The screen switches to the list of ordered items that have been sent to the kitchen.  

  1. Select the item that needs to be cancelled 
  1. Tap on ‘Cancel order’ (Figure 1). A confirmation screen pops up.

  1. Tap ‘Yes’ 

If an item has been ordered 5x, then it has to be cancelled 5 times to cancel all the items.

In order to cancel a served or ready item, the option should be toggled on in the settings: 

Settings → Common Settings → POS Settings (Figure 1)
