Cancelling Ordered Items #
If a customer wants to cancel an ordered item, tap on the corresponding ‘Table’. The screen switches to the list of ordered items that have been sent to the kitchen.
- Select the item that needs to be cancelled
- Tap on ‘Cancel order’ (Figure 1). A confirmation screen pops up.
- Tap ‘Yes’
If an item has been ordered 5x, then it has to be cancelled 5 times to cancel all the items. |

In order to cancel a served or ready item, the option should be toggled on in the settings:
