OrdersTracker lets you manage your restaurant’s delivery system through an interactive single user-interface. In this article, we will explain the overall process of managing the delivery system through OrdersTracker.
When you tap on the Delivery System through your Top Menu, the page for Delivery System will be displayed. You will have three tabs:

- Ordered: Here, all of your added orders against customers will appear.
- In-Delivery: On this page, you will be able to view the orders currently under delivery. Don’t worry if this Tab is not appearing by default. You will have to add Employees with a role assigned as Courier to let the system know that you are handling Deliveries as well.
- Invoices: All orders’ payment invoices will appear under this Tab.
Here’s what you will be able to do through this interface:
- Search Customer: When a customer calls your restaurant to place the order, you can ask for their Name, Company Name or Telefon number to check if their information already exists in the System by using the Search option.

- Add/Update Customer: In case the customer does not exist in the system, you can add a new record. For any modification, you can update the information as well.

- Caller ID: A featured App is provided by us for Android users which will allow you to trace the calling customers and match their information against the data added in your system. It is a very useful App and we highly recommend you downloading it through our website.
- Placing Orders: After selecting or adding a new customer, you can add their required products to place the order.
- Sending for Delivery: By using Assign to a courier option, you can send off the order for the delivery through the delivery person/rider.
- Payments: Manage the payments of the orders either in-house or through Delivery person.
- Invoices: View all invoices generated through the Delivery System. You can modify the details (such as Payment type), print the invoices through connected printer and much more.
