OrdersTracker lets you modify the name of a table anytime. For example, you have created a table with the “Table A” name but later on if you want to modify the name, you can do this in just few steps:
To modify the name of table:
- Tap in the Top Bar.
A popup menu displays. - From the popup menu, tap Master Data.
- Under Master Data, tap Tables.
The Tables page displays. In this page, you can view the list of existing table categories. - Tap Tables for the desired table category.
For example, if you want to modify a table under the “Garden” category, tap Tables for “Garden” category. The tables of the selected category display. - Tap Actions for the table you want to edit.
A popup menu displays. - From the popup menu, tap Edit.
The Update Table dialog displays.
- In Update Table dialog, specify the following parameters:
- Table Name: Lets you modify the table name.
- Tax: Lets you specify the tax to be applied to the table. For example, if you specify value as “10” then it means that 10% tax will be applied for the products ordered under this table.
If you do not specify any tax value then the tax will be calculated on the basis of the general tax value specified in the POS settings. - Table Category: Lets you change the table category of the selected table. By default, the table’s existing category displays. Click on the category name. A dropdown displays where you can view the list of the available categories. Select the desired category. The table will be moved to the updated category.
After specifying the required parameters, tap Update.
The table modifies.
