Generating QR Code for Employees

OrdersTracker lets you generate a QR code for each employee available in the system. Employees can use the QR code to log their Check-in and Check-out timings using our time recording app. You can download and install the time recording app free of charge from Play Store or App Store.

To generate a QR code for an employee:

  1. Tap in the Top Bar.
    A popup menu displays.
  2. From the popup menu, tap Master Data.
  3. Under Master Data, tap Employees.
    The Employees page displays. In this page, you can view the list of existing employees.
  4. Tap Actions for the desired employee.
    The Actions dropdown displays.
  5. From the Actions dropdown, tap Generate QR Code.
  6. A dialog displays where you can view the QR code generated by the system for the customer.
  7. If you want to save the QR code in your photo gallery, tap Save to Gallery.
    The QR code saves to the photo gallery. After saving the QR code as image in your gallery, you can use the standard ways to share the image with your employee.
