OrdersTracker lets you message your employees available in the system.
You can send messages to the employees in the following ways:
- Sending Message to a Particular Employee
- Sending Message to All Employees
Sending Message to a Particular Employee #
The procedure for sending a message to a particular employee is as follows:
- Tap
in the Top Bar.
A popup menu displays. - From the popup menu, tap Master Data.
- Under Master Data, tap Employees.
The Employees page displays. In this page, you can view the list of existing employees. - Tap Actions for the employee to whom you want to send the message.
The Actions dropdown displays. - From the Actions dropdown, tap Send a Message.
- The Send a Message dialog displays.
In this dialog, you can view the name of the employee to whom the message will be sent. For example, in the above image “John Doe” name displays for Send To field. It means that message will be sent to “John Doe”. - Type your desired message under Message and tap Send.
The message is sent to the recipient.
Sending Message to all Employees #
OrdersTracker lets you send the desired message to all employees available in the system at once.
To do so:
- Tap
in the Top Bar.
A popup menu displays. - From the popup menu, tap Master Data.
- Under Master Data, tap Employees.
The Employees page displays. In this page, you can view the list of the existing employees. - Tap Send Message to all Employees.
The Send a Message dialog displays. - Type your desired message under Message and tap Send.
The message is sent to all employees available in the system.
