If the customer wants to order an item which is already available in the list, you can do that quite easily. Just tap on the corresponding ‘Table’ and the screen switches to the list of ordered items that have been sent to the kitchen.
- Select the item that needs to be reordered
- Tap on the ‘Reorder’ button. The item is added to the list of ordered items
- The reordered item can then be:
- Deleted
- Customised (adding extras or removing ingredients)
- Sent to the kitchen
