OrdersTracker provides a single interface overview of your business data in forms of countable numbers under the Statistics report.
All reports are available under the Dashboard serving as your one-stop reporting tool with options to view data as Pie Chart, Bar Chart or simply List View. You can also download the reports as Excel files on your computer device for offline record keeping purposes.
To access the Statistics report, please read below.
- Tap in the Top Bar.
A popup menu displays. - From the popup menu, tap Dashboard then select Statistics.
- System will display Statistics page showing data for the current date. You can set the start and end date as you want. To learn more about filtering, please visit Adjusting Date Filters page.
Statistics Report Explained #
In this section, we are explaining the results of your Statistics report. Each section has been numbered with explanation.
- Order Count: Specifies the number of products ordered during specified period of time (as per filter).
- Order Volume: Total price of all orders during specified period.
- Average Prep Time: This time is related to the Kitchen Display. This is the average time taken by the Kitchen staff to prepare and send the order for serving or delivery. It provides an insight into your kitchen staff progress and work load. If one month, average time taken by the staff is 20 minutes per order and next month it increases to 35 mins per order, then it means that the average prep time is increasing due to staff shortage or low productivity. You can then monitor and rectify the problem.
- Average Wait Time: This is the time elapsed in serving the order to your customers. Useful insight to monitor the average delivery/serving time if it is increasing or decreasing thus impacting your business’s overall performance.
- Discount: Indicates discounts applied, if any.
- Canceled: Indicates number of canceled orders along with the prices.
