View Reservations

OrdersTracker lets you take a complete view of all reservations created in the system.

To view reservations in the system, follow the steps below:

  1. Tap  in the Top Bar.
    A popup menu displays.
  2. From the popup menu, tap Reservations.

  1. The Reservations page displays all reservations created in the system. By default, Today’s date is selected for viewing purpose.

Here’s a detailed overview of all the information presented on the page:

  1. The horizontal line refers to the time slots or the working hours. The vertical line represents the Tables added in the system.
  2. You can switch to different views such as Timeline Week, Timeline Work Week or Timeline Month by tapping on these options.
  3. Reservations added in the system.
  4. The blue line indicates current time.

As shown in the image below, the grey highlighted area specifies the non-working or closing hours for the selected day (the reservations can only be made for working hours). This is defined under the Settings.

You can also view the reservations by using the calendar as shown below:
